Nikita Petrosian

About me

Nikita Petrosian is an international actor with a diverse background in theater and film. He began his formal artistic training at the Kharkiv National University of Arts in Ukraine, where he studied acting from 2016 to 2020.

During his studies, Nikita already took on prominent stage roles, including Jesus in the rock opera Jesus Christ Superstar and Nikolai Tuzenbach in Chekhov’s Three Sisters

From 2020 to February 2022, he continued his acting career in St. Petersburg, performing at the private Urban Theatre and the Music Hall State Theater, and starring in Everything Comes Back and Hoteliers' Notes

Due to the war in Ukraine, Nikita fled to Germany in 2022. Since then, he has been based in Hamburg, where he has contributed to several renowned productions. He appeared in performances at the Hamburg State Opera, including Carmen, Nabucco, and The Flying Dutchman. In October 2022, he presented the play Sensitive Content – Modern War Novels at Hamburg's Lichthof Theater.

From 2023 onwards, Nikita began actively participating in European film and television projects. His credits include:

- The German mini-series Brüt (NDR), in the role of Robert
- The Polish feature film People, in the role of a soldier nicknamed “Bandit,” which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival
- The American TV series Interview with the Vampire (Amazon Prime Video, AMC, AMC+), in the role of Levan
- The German short film Auferstanden aus Ruinen, in the role of Alexey

In 2024, Nikita played the role of Confectionery apprentice Marx in the German TV movie Zwei am Zug (ZDF), and starred in two short films: Shadows in Berlin (as Yefim) and Still Waters (as Tom).

In February 2025, he had a successful premiere of his one-man show Status at Lichthof Theater in Hamburg.

In May 2025, Nikita became a member of the European Film Academy (EFA) and appeared in the leading roles in the short films The Bet (as Lucas) and Unborn Children (as Karl), both currently in post-production.
